Refund policy

Return Policy:

We strive for your satisfaction at Jomees.com, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you bought in the last 30 days from Jomees.com, you may return it for refund or exchange. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition, including the original packaging, unused, untested, original tags, and in resalable condition.
  • Items must be returned to us in the same way we sent them to you – in the same condition and with all original contents.
  • If returned items do not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to decline the return.

Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receipt. Refunds and exchanges will be issued promptly after the returned product is received.

Please ensure the product is packaged and shipped via a carrier that provides insurance and tracking capabilities.

To initiate a return, simply email info@jomees.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll email authorization and along with detailed instructions for getting your item(s) back to us.

You will receive an email confirmation once your returned product has been received, and a refund/exchange has been processed. If applicable, please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your account once the return is processed.
